IN-HOME ADAPTIVE PARENTING (IAP)
Family 7 Foundations is a comprehensive, in-home parenting program that helps families where one or both of the parents struggle with an IDRC (Intellectual Disability or Related Condition). IDRC’s can include mental illness, ADHD, PTSD, addiction struggles, dyslexia, TBIs, low IQ or any other intellectual disability that needs extra support to learn and retain information.

Evidence based curriculum
With 24+ teachers across the state- wait times are normally less than 5 days if not immediate.
There are 25, 90-minute-long sessions of in-home education and support for the family.
Spanish speaking teachers and student manuals are available
A weekly partner report is sent to the case manager sharing progress and/or concerns
The curriculum is adaptable to caseworker’s concerns, parent’s abilities and much more.
The 5 protective factors are all included
Child safety, discipline, organization, routines, finances, co-parenting, home and personal hygiene, among many other topics are covered in this comprehensive course.
Please consider referring your families that qualify for these enlightening and empowering classes. Please follow all directions as outlined by DHHS in referring a family for services.
